Operating beef slaughterhouse and meatpacking plant in Campo Grande (Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil), under SISBI inspection, sold as a going concern with all equipment included.
The plant has a slaughter capacity of 300 head of cattle per day, an environmental licence for 500 head and a chilling room with storage capacity for 500 head. The plant is active, leased and operating, with all licences in force, and provides around 150 direct jobs.
The land covers 20 hectares and the built area is 7,000 m². The project was built in modules, which allows the industrial area to be expanded in the future.
Inspection:
The plant is currently approved under SISBI (the Brazilian System for the Inspection of Products of Animal Origin). The SIF (Federal Inspection Service) registration is inactive by the owners' choice; there is an SIF-approved project that includes a deboning area, and reactivation requires some adjustments to the plant.
